AN INFUSION WITHOUT EQUAL
Our capsules, in addition to keeping the properties of each of the origins intact, are 100% compatible, so they do not damage the coffee maker, while preserving the useful life of the machine. We have developed an exclusive and patented packaging system that manages to preserve the coffee and guarantee complete protection thanks to its perfect barrier system.
Coffee, once roasted, gives off CO2. ANDn barrier capsules, it is of utmost importance to have control over the state of degassing of the coffee, so that the sealing aluminum does not swell and explode, thus exposing the content of the capsule to the oxygen in the environment, which would result in oxidation and rancidity of the coffee. coffee.
For this reason, at Balnes we have the latest technology in degassing silos, which allow us to obtain maximum control over the emission of gases inside the capsule.
