Our roasts
LIGHT ROAST
They have a light brown color. This type of roasting allows to enhance the characteristics of each origin. Light roasts offer fruity and citrus aromas and flavors, while accentuating bean acidity and reducing body in the cup.
“Cinnamon” or “City” are some of the most common names for this roast.
MEDIUM ROAST
Medium roast coffees have a deeper brown color. They allow you to perceive the acidity and have a more pronounced body than those with a light or light roast. This type of roast offers caramel, chocolate and dried fruit notes.
It is common to refer to it as
“full city”.
DARK ROAST
Intense brown in color, the beans are generally brought to the last stages during the roasting process. We find smoky and caramelized notes, with a high bitterness and body, where the acidity decreases considerably.
The French Roast
and the Italian Roast
are the two best known of this type.
