Origins
In Balnes we work with different origins, for the different arabica and robust varieties, coming from the best farms around the world:
Known as coffee of origin, they are grains that belong to a specific farm or to coffee cooperatives of a certain region and that are roasted alone. This allows us to make a separate assessment of each coffee, define the best qualities of each and how we could then make a good combination between them (what we would call "design" a coffee). When we make a mixture of various origins we call them "blends".
