Known as Mountain Water, Balnes Europe's chosen decaffeination process extracts caffeine from green beans using a saturated water-based solution and soluble coffee solids under conditions of flow, temperature, pressure and vacuum.
This is the only way to achieve a product of the highest quality, which protects and respects the natural aromas and flavors of the grain and is free of caffeine.
